All requests for Hotel accommodation is confirmed by e-mail and they are guaranteed.
The confirmation of your reservation, you will be informed through an e-mail indicating the booking code requested each Hotel.
If the Hotel has published that the room rate includes breakfast and transfer airport – Hotel, otherwise the rate only.
Passengers only have to show their passports or ID card and mention the code of reservation.
For every cancellation made by the passenger, up to 14 days before the date of arrival of the passenger it is subject to a penalty of US $ 8 administration fee.
For every cancellation made by the passenger, with 13 days or less to arrival date, it is subject to a penalty equal to the value of the first night plus $ 8 for administrative costs.
If the passenger does not cancel the reservation in advance and is not presented to the Hotel on the date of your reservation request, total nights booked non-refundable.
If the passenger decides to leave the Hotel before the booked departure date, the difference of night non-refundable.
Passengers must carry a valid passport or travel document according to their nationality, according to the legal standards required by Peru.
Refunds or rebates, for cancellations requested by the passenger, shall be made within 30 working days after receiving the request of the passenger. Refund will be affected by the penalties for each case.
No claims will be considered validly made if made 60 days after the end of the tourist service contract.
The obligation for services that will not be provided due to the negligence of Principe III Hotel or our staff, will be limited to the actual cost of the omitted services and excludes all resulting indirect costs and consequences.
In this case Principe III Hotel will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements of equal value, subject to availability.
The guests accept that Principe III doesn’t responsibility for the non-provision of the services offered in case of adverse weather conditions or natural disasters that can not be foreseen. It also acknowledges that there will be liability if political movements, strikes or any other public event outside the control of Principe III Hotel, that could not be anticipated. In these cases, non-refundable value of the service.
The guests are agree that Principe III has no responsability for loss, damage or injury sustained relating to the services and accommodation provided by the railways, bus operators, tour companies local tour operators, steamship companies, airlines, Hotels and accommodation facilities in the touristic/ travel package and tours. All these services are operating under the laws of Perú.
The Principe III Hotel provides to all guests the confirmation of the booking by e-mail according to the booking form.
